[tei-council] [TEI-L] SV: TEI MIME type (fwd)

There seem to be a shift of opinion on this. May I ask whether there  
are strong disagreements that have not been expressed so far, and if  
not (let's say by the end of the week) do like David suggests here.
Decision would be (if I understood correctly): go for a application/tei 
+xml application
