[tei-council] Webstore now available

Hi Dan,

I'm trying to subscribe but have run into a problem. My billing
address is different from my mailing address (as I'm using my
professional address for contact but my home address for billing). But
the system assumes that the two are the same, and although there is an
option to "change your address" on the "Payment Information" page, if
you follow that link it takes you to a "Change Your Billing
Information" page
(https://tei-shop.org/index.php?main_page=checkout_payment_address)
with the note "This is the current billing address. Please make sure
it matches the information on your credit card statement or correct it
using the form below." Only there is no form! Can you look into this
please?
