Thanks David. This is one of the things I'll be asking the e-commerce 
specialist at geekhost about today as we do the final set up (one of the 
reasons we decided to go with a more expensive host this first year). If 
it isn't required, I'll drop it.

Thanks. I'm debating going to "Become an (individual 
subscriber|institutional member)" so that the two can be parallel. They 
need to be sentences rather than noun phrases because of the language of 
the feature that links them to the workshop preregistration. (To 
forestall yet more "why can't it be like x" criticism: this too could be 
recoded given world and time enough, but life is short and that is 
trivial).
