[tei-council] Request 2002418: New element = <clarification>?

Ellen Nessheim Wiger at the Henrik Ibsen´s Writings project has added  
a document to the SourceForge with some samples where they use the  
suggested element <clarification>, which is added to the DTD they are  
using. You find this under the feature request 2002418 (http:// 
sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?

Please have a look at it. Do you think it would be useful to add a  
new element to encode this phenomenon in manuscripts? Or should  
existing elements be used?
