[tei-council] SIG for dictionaries?

Is there, or has there ever been, a TEI SIG for 
dictionaries/lexicography? Should there be?

I ask because I know several people for whom the current dictionary 
module is inadequate to their needs, and some are using home-brewed XML 
as a result (yuk!).
