The point I was trying to make is that yes, it is probably better to
have deprecation formally indicated, but for now it is sidetracking
us from the real issues, and it won't be important for months, if not
years. Besides, it's a pain, as there are those things that are
deprecated but are still quite reasonable, and those thigns that are
deprecated because they will cause havoc. 

For now I think comments in <remarks> will do, because for now there
aren't any such things. When they start to come up, we should
consider a formal mechanism.
