[tei-council] TEI P5 CD

Contrary to plans, we *do* have a CD release of P5; Lou, Susan and I
made 100 copies this morning of an Ubuntu live CD with all of P5
up to date.

For Windows and Mac users, the CD also has on its normal
file system the HTML Guidelines, and the source tree for folks
to read and browse.

It's not all as polished as it could be, but time
was a leeeetle limited...

The game's afoot in Maryland.
