The instructions below list the US Eastern time for the start of the 
call as both 8:00 a.m. (first sentence) and 7:00 a.m. (more detailed 
Access Information, below). If we go by 12:00 UTC, it should be 8:00 
a.m. in the US Eastern time zone (see
