e.g. back to top after 3/4 <div> elements? I prefer scrolling up myself, 
but I know people like that feature and it adds up to the usuability of

I was thinking of P5.1 etc. i.e. some ways of defining the editions or 
also a more precise date at the bottom of each page.

See specs for <lbl> where '8.3.1 Information on Written and Spoken 
Forms' appears twice.
