============================================================
Please read through the following (including the linked pages) before
the meeting.
============================================================
1) Open action items
There are a lot of open action items registered in TRAC. The planning-and-deadline
sub committee (DSC) has tried to organize them in a more coherent list also
ordered by importance and degree of difficulty, available at
http://www.tei-c.org/Council/tcm30-notes.xml?style=printable
The DSC members have individually contacted the action holders and
inquired about progress. We will start with reports from the DSC.
* Consolidated reports on outstanding actions from Daniel, Sebastian and
Christian
[we will try to get these also in writing to the council list prior to
the meeting]
2) To discuss
Some of the items scheduled for action in Berlin look a bit unclear or
need further discussion. We should briefly try to clarify these
issues:
* (LB) TRAC http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/trac/TEIP5/ticket/333. Merge corpus
chapter into DS.
* (DB) TRAC http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/trac/TEIP5/ticket/341 Re-think
ST and its position in the Guidelines soon
* (TMB) TRAC http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/trac/TEIP5/ticket/343 re-work NH
3) Reports
* Places meeting at Kings. (Arianna / Lou)
* ISO FSD activity (LR)
4) Further planning
* The main question here is how much time we can allow for solving the
remaining technical issues and how to divide up the tasks.
Again, please have a careful look at
http://www.tei-c.org/Council/tcm30-notes.xml?style=printable
and http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/trac/TEIP5/roadmap
5) next meeting
Mid/end of July
