[tei-council] HTML guidelines: link from ref to glines

I am not sure whom I should address for this:
the link from each element description page e.g. 
http://www.tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-doc/html/ref-byline.html to the 
TEI Guidelines (bottom of the page) doesn't seem to work:
"No pipeline matched request: release/doc/tei-p5-doc/html/$"
