[tei-council] Thank you and good bye to outgoing Council members

Council members,

As Susan reminded me (thanks!!), Natasha Smith is also leaving the
Council -- I must have forgotten this in the hope that she would be
continuing, sorry for that.  It goes without saying, that my thanks
and best wishes extend to Natasha as well.  Thank you for your time
and effort and please continue to support the TEI!
