Sorry to be abrupt here, but as I see it from the discussion so far:
apart from the fear to loose a mechanism that is not used nor liked
by anyone and the fact that there is a continuous thread on refereing
to a schema in the header, do we have a good reason to pospone the
final eradication of @TEIForm? ("Burn!")
