Can we have a decision please?

If Laurent's arguments are persuasive, may I suggest that we should 
define three classes:

tei.model.metrical.terminal (member <l>)
tei.model.metrical.nonterminal (member <lg>)
tei.model.metrical (members 
tei.model.metrical.terminal|tei.model.nonterminal)

{Probably not those names tho...}

p.s. I see Syd is using <q> where he should be using <quote>  -- or 
should he? :-)
