Report on Actions from last telco for SR

a) "create new release": duly done (and revised a day or two later) and 
all components updated in Sourceforge, on web site, etc. All being well, 
another release will be made to coincide with the Members Meeting, with 
the expectation that it will include new datatypes.

b) "details of directory layout": it was created, used, shipped etc. 
Syncrosoft duly used it in the oXygen public release, and it appears to 
be stable
