Thanks a lot, Syd.  This looks like a pretty fair summary of our work.
Here is a small nit to pick:

Meetings were held at AFNOR (room 34), from 14:15 to 18:00 on Thu 28
and from 09:05 to 16:51 on Fri 29, with a lunch break from 12:30 to
13:45. Because her purse had been stolen in Paris, Susan Schreibman
was unable to attend on Saturday; Laurent Romary left at 12:28 on
Saturday

Saturday --> Friday
