[tei-council] Agenda items, documents for Paris meeting

Dear Council meeting,

As you know, the TEI Technical Council will hold a two-day meeting
starting a week from now on April 28th 1400 local time in Paris.

In preparation for that meeting, I would like to ask you to send me
any items that needs to be put on the agenda for discussion.  Also,
any documents the Council is expected to review should be available as
soon as possible -- experience shows that having time to think over it
can make a huge difference.

and act as necessary.
