In fact, we don't have such an arrangement. we really should do so.

They weren't designed for internal use, though. They were designed to be 
used for real

sure, I have no problem soliciting more stuff to link to from the web 
site. I do have a problem asking for stuff to be
_delivered_ from the TEI web site, as it involves the IPR and 
maintenance issues.

I don't mind competitions _per se_.

But as I say, it doesn't address something which I think is a bigger 
problem.
