[tei-council] proposal: call for stylesheets

For those of us who had to leave early, can you summarize the rationale? 
At first sight, this
is a slightly strange request. Writing a set of stylesheets to render 
TEI documents well
is a serious exercise in software engineering, not a weekend bit of fun 
to win a competition :-}
