[tei-council] new TEI Council members

It might be appropriate to start considering how to spend
the relatively limited funds we have for meetings. Do we want
a May meeting in 2005? does anyone want to host it, if so?
which work groups want to meet?

There is, I would argue, a relatively urgent need to finance
a meeting to manage an overhaul of the TEI class system
before too long. If that was classed, for the sake of argument,
as a META meeting, it would be one lien on the funds. More bids?
