[tei-council] new TEI Council members

I am happy to announce that in the recent TEI election, the following 
people were elected or re-elected to the TEI council:

Alejandro Bia
James Cummings
Susan Schreibman
John Walsh

Their terms begin on January 1, 2005 and end on December 31, 2006. 
The new members have been added to the Council listserv immediately 
so that they can listen and participate in discussion, but they will 
not vote until their terms officially begin.
