Where did we get to on this one?

<p>My recollection (possibly faulty) is that I drafted a draft charge for
the ISO/TEI wg/taskforce/truc on the subject of feature structures and
feature systems, for  Laurent and the proposed membership to ratify in
time for work to get underway before a meeting in Sapporo this July. But
I haven't seen any sign of activity since then abnd I can't find the
draft, which suggests I was waiting for feedback from Laurent before
publishing it (unless I just lost it)

Is it still intended to hold a meeting in Sapporo? If so, should a TEI
editor attend?
