Here's news from Consuelo Dutschke; I have not yet replied, and I am on my 
way out to Illinois this afternoon, so it will probably be tomorrow before 
I do.  I solicit your suggestions for that reply, especially those of you 
(Matthew, Merrilee, David B.) on the mss task force...
