The film group I was in called Newsreel made a film called Up Against the
Wall Miss America . It has music by Newsreel member Bev Grant. It is about
15 min. There were no bras burnt. Bras were burnt I believe in other
independent womens actions. The filmstarts with women including Flo KEnnedy
getting on a bus in NY going to the demo and the outside & inside demo. The
big event inside the hall were the contest was held was a banner opened up
that read Womens Liberation.
