my understanding is that the troops are under orders not to talk. I
suggest a book KENT STATE/MAY 4 ECHOES THROUGH A DECADE, edited by
Scott L. Bills, THE KENT STATE UNIVERSITY PRESS 1982, 1988. There is
also a group made up of ex students from the day and new community
members you can contact them for the ongoing battle of KENT STATE. The
