To that list of 60s artists I would include two prisoners who became
internationally known when they joined the staff of the Prisoners Digest
International while serving lengthy prison sentences. Chas. DuRain
(Kentucky State Pen.) and William Drummond (Leavenworth Fed.Pen.) spent
considerable time in solitary for political cartoons that were smuggled out
to the PDI.

The PDI was a Vietnam Era "underground" newspaper that was headquartered in
Iowa City.

I would include the rock poster artists. This list includes, but is not
limited
to:

Stanley Mouse, Anton Kelly, David Singer, Victor Moscoso
