[hcbook] Companion online

I'm pleased to announce that Blackwell's _A Companion to Digital
Humanities_ is online, in full text, at

In the next couple of days, I will send an announcement out to
Humanist, once you've had a chance to look at the site and see if
there are any problems with the parts that matter to you. By next
week, you are welcome to circulate the URL to whatever lists or
individuals you think might be interested.
