The image map introduction to your project works well for me as
an intro, nothing better than phrenology before breakfast. The
overall structure of movement throughout the images seems
somewhat limited by image loading procedures; I wondered if some
of the textual you were seeking to depict on the screen might be
created using specific fonts and wallpapering. Take the
simulation of the book past itself into second order simulation,
where the 19th century etiquette manual becomes just a set of
pixels completely unrealted to the actual physical object. All
in all the topic of etiquette works curiously well since I just
finished reading some newsgroup or other which could have used
some old time etiquette (and discipline too). You now control the
physical world of books, keep moving, but I don't see the dance
lesson, the nietzsche string and the client pull aspects of
earlier, all of which gave underlying dimensions of sarcasm to
the entire project...

well take care
