My name is Tom Lukas. I am a third-year English major
with a concentration in American Studies. Although I have
completed some work in HTML and have completed the Art Dept's
course in electronic animation, computers still seem quite new to
me. AS new as it is, I think the information superhhighway is
very important because it makes reading and writing a two-way
street. From this course I hope to gain a fundamental computing
skills and vocabulary, an understanding of electronic
publishing which I will employ as a vehicle for cultural
studies, hypertext as an art form and to have the coolest
homepage. I like to catch stripped bass, trout, and salmon as
often as I can, and wonder if there are any in the moo.
