I'm sorry this is so late, but I don't really have anything
significant to add to the critique of the Women's Center site.

I doo agree wholehearted that removal of scrolling in the tool
frame would be nicer. I also think that standardizing your
layout would improve the flow of the pages a lot. Graphics etc.

I love the subtle background and the front page logo. Very
smooth. A header like that on everypage would be nice.
