Well, I'll start off by echoing some of my predecessors critques. I think
the intro info about what SOLar is is essential. I also think you should
put up some "construction" stuff so people don't think they are missing
something. The "2+2" thing--maybe a border box or something, so it just
isn't floating. On the page where you ask for ideas/opinions about some
of the icons...maybe a quick link to a place where they can respond to
your request?
The graphics look great, keeping it all to one page is great and i really
really like the continuing versions of sun. I also like that teachers
plan thing you had mark incorporate.
I think you might want to guide the visitor more. There are a few links
at first, then BOOM--math has tons of places to go. It's a bit confusing.
i think you all need to be FORCEFUL about getting info from the people.
you have this nice site with great graphics, but little "meat."

Finally, make sure you can always get back to the homepage--and that these
links are working. I had several "no url" messages.
