I got it all straightened out. When i used FTP and logged into the
monticello site, it automatically put me in the lv2/users/solar directory,
and i just shoved all the files onto there. Well after a little searching, I
found the www/doc/ed/solar directory, and managed to move all of the files
there. The web site should be accessible at www/doc/ed/solar/title.html.
