[adhoc] planning documents have a new home

Heads up:

http://www.digitalhumanities.org/adho/
supercedes the separate sites on ach and allc web servers, at
http://www.ach.org/adhoc/
and
http://www.allc.org/adhoc/
respectively, as a repository for historical documents from the ADHO
planning process, and material at the digitalhumanities.org address
also supercede the versions of current draft documents that I have
been keeping and editing in my own web space at http://
www3.isrl.uiuc.eud/~unsworth

from here on in, changes to draft/planning docs, and archival copies
of same, will be on the digitalhumanities.org server. I've gone
through and cleaned up the links, clarified organization a bit, etc.,
so have a look...
