[adhoc] conference protocol (again)

Voting members of the steering committee should note that voting on
the conference protocol closes at midnight Friday (tomorrow). The
proposition on the table is:

> "The steering committee accepts and will be guided by the conference
> protocol and its annex, as represented at:

> http://www3.isrl.uiuc.edu/~unsworth/conf.protocol_5.05.html
> http://www3.isrl.uiuc.edu/~unsworth/conf.annex_5.05.html

> and recommends them for final approval by the executive bodies of the
> Association for Literary and Linguistic Computing and the Association
> for Computing and the Humanities, when those bodies meet in June, at
> the annual joint conference."

Please do vote for or against this, and please be aware that, since
this is a new vote, called on Monday, votes cast last week do not count.
