It appears that at least a simple majority of the voting members of the
steering committee will be able to do a conference call on March 15th,
at 9 am central, 10 am eastern, 4 pm GMT, and whenever/wherever else.
I will send instructions on how to call in, as soon as the call is set
up: meanwhile, if you're on this list you're welcome on the call, so
hold the date if you can.
