    Dear all,

I haven't managed to read all the papers yet.

I have read the Executive Summary of Recommendations: Draft .
The only thing I would ad is:
Paragraph on Internationalism & multi-lingualism, Point Rationale:
last phrase of 1st paragraph should be changed in something like
    that:

..., let alone the historical internal regional diversification in langua-
ges and cultures within more ot less every European state and the
languages and cultures brought to them by migration.

What I want to say is, there always has been regional diversification
and this lives on. Furthermore, there is migration (always has been)
    which adds to the complexity.

    Best
    Elisabeth

PS: How about giving us another day or two before you send it out?
