This is a side note--I was talking with Daniel Greenstein at the
California Digital Library recently, and the topic of
collaboration/federation of various standards organizations and so
forth came up; he mentioned Lorcan Dempsey at OCLC as someone with a
strong interest in this area. I'm noting this here just so I can get
the little bit of sticky paper off my desk, mostly for future
reference if our discussions take a direction where broadening our
view seemed useful.
