I don't know why Yuri Tambotsev equates thinking an article was "well
done" with liking the article. As a reader for scholars journals, i
see lots of articles that are well done, and many that are acceptable
for publication -- but I don't agree with them and/or don't like
them. This does not stop me from recommending publication.
