The 1995 NEH Dissertation Grants guidelines and application materials are
now available at the University of Pennsylvania gopher. To get the
Dissertation Grants materials either:

(a) gopher to ccat.sas.upenn.edu, select "11. Other Services and
potpourri/," then "3. National Endowment for the Humanities,"
then "4. NEH Dissertation Grants guidelines/application materials
(1995)"

or

(b) point your World Wide Web browser toward the URL
"gopher://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/11/Special/neh/neh-dggl-1995"
[no quotation marks or spaces].

The ASCII text file containing the Guidelines and all necessary application
materials is approximately 90 Kb.
