White Mountain Software, Inc. recently announced the release of TALLY
version 1.01. This program, written by a 1989 Zenith Masters of
Innovation winner, is a tool for the analysis of text. With TALLY, a
researcher interactively marks segments in a text, then assigns numeric
codes to the segments. TALLY, in turn, produces reports based on this
encoding. Cost: $19.95 (includes shipping and handling). For
