I'm very happy to fix this. It's the biblScope/@type attribute, which 
was deprecated two years ago:

when it was replaced by @unit.

I've re-opened the bug and assigned it to myself. We could actully use 
this one for mentoring a new Council member through the process of 
making a minor change (this is just a deletion), but since it's a 
show-stopper at the moment, we might want to do it quickly. What do you 
think?
