[tei-council] Preparation for F2F meeting

The idea of the TEI profiler being a web service which tells you all sorts of things it can learn about your document 
(including validity) is attractive, and very extensible. Definitely links to the Simple performance indicators.

I can think of lots of ways to implement this, and look forward to hearing more of Peter’s plans.
