Dear New TEI Council Members (Raffaele and Stefan)

Please send me your sourceforge.net username so that I can add 
you as developers to the TEI project. (Which then ensure you can 
commit things, have tickets assigned to you, etc.)

(Although your term doesn't officially start until 1 Jan, at the 
upcoming face-to-face meeting we might assign some tickets to 
you. :-) )
