[tei-council] managemement of Sourceforge project

I’ve been one of the head honchos of the SourceForge setup since we started it,
but as I am leaving the Council, it  not longer seems appropriate that I have
super powers there. The stuff on Github is where I will continue to do my
community bit.

any objections if I remove myself as admin from SF?
