[tei-council] Roma uses old TEI

My perl foo is not sufficient for understanding the http request at addtoexist.pl
But looking into the eXist db with oxygen tells me that there is actually just the one file p5subset.xml (and the index configuration)
Shall I simply replace the file with the current one?

Surely we need to debug the install scripts, though.
