not a lot, for three reasons:

  - would fail validation, unless we tinkerered with relaxng schema, which seems dangerous to maintain
  - means extra processing in conversion to doc/rnc/rng
  - we’d rather people switched to Pure ODD anyway

so on the heresy rather than heroic end of scale, for me.
