[tei-council] Hotel Nights for Fall F2F

Yeah, I figure everyone crossing the Atlantic will need to stay a Saturday
night one way or the other, or it'll be twice as expensive. The question is
really who wants/needs to come straight here. I haven't by any means given
up on local hotels for Saturday, we just need to move quickly on that
front. Obviously it's the ones near campus that fill up fastest.
