The rebuild seems to have done it. I guess some of the Stylesheet 
changes hadn't made it through at the time of the previous build.

Now, it occurs to me that we should actually have added <list> to 
att.typed, so it has @subtype, and then overridden @type. All in favour 
say aye; silence will be taken for assent.
