[tei-council] Fall meeting dates

Count me in as well, I've always dreamed to make a road trip along Road 66 !!
Out of joke. I think that Peter observation is sound. I'm struggling
to find funds to be in Evanston and present my paper at the meeting.
Unifying the two events would be really a nice thing.
