[tei-council] attRef/@class not valid?

We still seem to have a problem here. Create an ODD file and try to 
validate it against this:

<http://teijenkins.hcmc.uvic.ca/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/release/xml/tei/custom/schema/relaxng/tei_odds.rng>

I get this error:

E [ISO Schematron] cvc-attribute.3: The value 
'tei_odds-relatedItem-targetorcontent1-constraint' of attribute 'id' on 
element 'pattern' is not valid with respect to its type, 'ID'.

If I try to validate against the latest schema in the Oxygen package 
(updated this morning), I get a whole stack of errors, starting with 
this one:

I'm attaching my ODD file, which is still in the very simple early 
stages but as far as I can see should be OK. Can someone try validating 
this against their 
[Oxygen]/frameworks/tei/xml/tei/custom/schema/relaxng/tei_odds.rng file 
and see if they get the same errors as me?
